What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Driving new business by selling SaaS solutions to contact centre leaders across various sectors, including financial services, insurance, and utilities.
  • Building and managing a robust sales pipeline, from lead generation through to deal closure.
  • Collaborating with the sales development team to convert warm leads into successful sales.
  • Reporting on sales performance and market feedback to senior management.
What You’ll Need to Bring:
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in SaaS sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Experience selling to customer service directors, contact centre directors, or operations directors is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of the contact centre market, particularly within regulated industries is highly desirable
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
