What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support the sales team by coordinating the sales inbox, trials, and quotes, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation.
- Maintain and update CRM data, ensuring customer information is accurate.
- Conduct follow-ups from trials to ensure a smooth transition from sales to active usage, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Handle renewals and identify upsell opportunities, contributing to revenue growth.
- Assist account managers in tracking customer lifecycle stages to ensure timely renewals and identify potential churn risks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, IT, or a related field preferred, but relevant work experience is highly valued.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support, sales administration, or a similar role, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.
