What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients in the customer service and experience sectors.
  • Strategic Outreach: Develop and execute personalised email campaigns and cold calls to engage with C-level executives and managers.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, ensuring consistent follow-ups and relationship building.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
