- Regional Parts Sales Manager – Northern UK
£45,000 - £60,000 basic salary, 10% Bonus, Eco company car scheme, 25 days holiday, Further benefits package
Not only will it be your responsibility to act as an ambassador for the business but also be a mentor to two Parts Sales Executives, who will report directly into this position.

Day To Day?
- Achieve ambitious growth plans for both genuine and aftermarket parts.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
- Establish best practice and implement this across your region.
- Support dealers in developing, managing and delivering their parts sales strategies.
- Be aware of market and competitor trends in order to build solid relationships.
- Good understanding of retail parts business and pricing strategies.
- Experience of managing a dealer network ideally gained within the parts industry.
- Knowledge of the Commercial Vehicle aftermarket and suppliers.
- An innovator, problem solver and creative thinker, capable of working with multiple stakeholders.
