You’ll be joining a newly formed sales development team with clear targets, strong leadership, and the backing of a business that’s just been acquired by a global software group that are providing state of the art AI camera and fleet management solutions into the enterprise fleet market. There’s structure, support and a genuine opportunity to progress into corporate sales.

You’ll be in the office regularly to get under the skin of the product, the market, and the team but able to work fully remotely. It’s a hands-on role with real impact, and you’ll be working closely with the Sales Director to help shape how the SDR function evolves.
  
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Qualifying inbound leads and booking 12–15 meetings a month for the corporate sales team
  • Prospecting via LinkedIn, email, phone and video to uncover new opportunities
  • Following up on event leads and building rapport with senior decision-makers
  • Using Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to manage pipeline and outreach
What You’ll Need to Bring
  • Experience in sales, recruitment or business development, you know how to engage people
  • Confidence on the phone and in video, you’re comfortable being the face of the business
  • Strong written communication and a disciplined approach to managing your day
  • Hunger to learn, grow and make a measurable impact
