What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building and managing a high-quality sales pipeline through inbound leads, self-generated opportunities, and SDR support.
- Leading consultative sales conversations with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
- Developing a deep understanding of their AI-driven SaaS platform and its value to customers.
- Collaborating with internal experts to tailor solutions and win new business.
- Attending pitches, networking events, and customer meetings to grow their client base.
- 3–5 years of SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Experience selling to contact centre leaders or within regulated industries is a strong plus.
- A consultative, solutions-focused approach to sales.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel.
