- £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, £11,000 bonus uncapped
You’ll be the strategic partner who connects commercial outcomes to what actually happens day-to-day: supplier networks, product availability, fulfilment, delivery, returns and customer experience. If you like complex environments, multiple stakeholders and work that’s measurable, you’ll enjoy this.
What you’ll be doing
- Building trusted relationships with senior retail and eCommerce leaders, becoming a go-to partner not a service contact
- Leading strategic business reviews that land, showing ROI, surfacing opportunities and setting a clear plan forward
- Driving account growth through expansion, innovation, upsell and cross-sell in a way that feels consultative not pushy
- Turning insights into action across marketplaces, dropship programmes, supply chain performance and end-customer experience
- Experience in Client Success, Account Management, Consulting or commercial roles where retention and growth mattered
- Strong exposure to retail and eCommerce environments (marketplaces experience is a big plus)
- A commercial mindset: you understand GMV, efficiency, margin pressure, and how decisions get made in retail
- Confidence with senior stakeholders and the ability to simplify complexity into clear next steps
