Corporate Account Executive

• £28,000 - £30,000, Up to £5000 Bonus
• Leeds – Office based

If you enjoy the pace of a busy commercial environment and like turning enquiries into bookings, this role offers plenty to get stuck into. You’ll join a central reservations team where your ability to build relationships, spot opportunities and keep things moving will have a direct impact on revenue and customer satisfaction.

You’ll be speaking with corporate customers and consumers every day, working closely with branch teams across the network and making sure every rental opportunity is handled properly. It’s a role for someone who enjoys customer contact, likes variety and takes genuine satisfaction from converting enquiries into business.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing inbound and outbound enquiries from corporate and retail rental customers.
• Converting booking opportunities while identifying suitable alternatives where required.
• Coordinating with branch teams to ensure bookings are allocated accurately and delivered smoothly.
• Maintaining high service levels, accurate booking records and strong customer relationships.

What You’ll Need to Bring

• Experience in a fast-paced customer service, reservations, sales or contact centre environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, both over the phone and in writing.
• Commercial awareness with the confidence to identify and maximise sales opportunities.
• An organised approach with the ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple enquiries.
