They are at a stage where the right digital leadership can have an outsized impact on growth, capability, and how the business shows up to customers.

This is a senior digital role with proper ownership. You will set the agenda, control a meaningful budget, and have a direct line into marketing leadership. The brief is clear. Build and run the digital growth engine across channels and make smart calls on where investment delivers the strongest return.

It is a hands-on leadership role in a growing, purpose-led consumer brand. You will shape digital strategy from the ground up, influence wider commercial decisions, and work closely with senior stakeholders across brand, shopper and category. There is real scope to leave a mark, not just optimise around the edges.

You will also take the lead on how the team uses AI, bringing practical thinking to where it genuinely improves output, speed and insight. Alongside that, you will review and define the approach to loyalty and retention as the business scales.

What you’ll be doing
  • Own and deliver the end-to-end digital strategy across website, paid media, CRM and emerging channels
  • Manage budget, measurement and attribution. Making clear, commercially sound investment decisions
  • Lead website performance, SEO and content strategy to drive discovery, engagement and conversion
  • Build and manage agency and freelancer partners while embedding a test-and-learn culture
What you’ll need to bring
  • Strong track record across digital and performance marketing in FMCG, DTC or a digital-led environment
  • Depth in at least two of website, paid media, SEO or CRM, with broader strategic oversight across the mix
  • Commercial rigor with clear experience owning budgets and driving ROI
  • Confidence working hands-on in a scaling business and influencing senior stakeholders
