Junior Business Development Exec - Commercial Vehicle Leasing

• Swansea
• Up to £26,000 basic salary, uncapped commission, £50,000 OTE, office-based in Swansea, 25 days' holiday, no weekends and the flexibility of two late starts or two early finishes each week.

What You’ll Be Doing 

• Prospect and win new business through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn and other channels. 
• Convert inbound enquiries and identify the right vehicle and finance solutions for customers. 
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, keeping CRM records accurate and up to date. 
• Present proposals, handle objections and close deals while delivering excellent customer service.
