What you’ll be doing
- Managing a portfolio of customers and winning large, nationally based fleet contracts with long term commercial value.
- Negotiating at director level on policy agreements, service models and supply frameworks.
- Driving profitability through a national service partner network, focused on premium products and whole life cost strategy.
- Using data, analytics and integrated solutions to strengthen customer relationships and commercial outcomes.
- A proven track record in senior B2B or fleet sales, ideally within tyres, automotive or commercial vehicles.
- Strong commercial acumen, including cost management, forecasting and P&L understanding.
- Confidence operating at board and director level with the credibility to influence policy decisions.
- The ability to work nationally, manage complex stakeholders and turn strategy into results.
