Shape a Consumer SaaS product that helps people when it actually matters. Purpose, product and proper ownership.
- Amersham / Hybrid 3 days a week in office minimum
- £70,000 - £75,000 + benefits
This is a chance to join a Tech for Good business building consumer SaaS products that help people access support and navigate important moments in their lives with more confidence.
They’re growing, the product is evolving, and they now need a Product Manager / Business Analyst who can sit in that sweet spot between users, data, design and engineering.
You’ll need to care about good product thinking, but also about the people using the product. Because here, a clunky journey or confusing bit of UX is not just annoying. It can genuinely get in the way of someone getting the help they need.
What’s in it for you?
You’ll have real ownership of a product that is already making a difference and still has plenty of room to grow.
This is not a role where you’ll be stuck writing tickets in a dark corner while someone else makes all the decisions. You’ll be shaping the roadmap, challenging the user journey, working closely with engineering and helping build a product that needs to be clear, accessible and genuinely useful.
It’s a good fit for someone who likes the detail, asks smart questions and wants their work to mean something beyond a conversion metric.
What you’ll be doing
- Owning and evolving the product roadmap with a focus on user wellbeing, accessibility and measurable impact
- Reviewing UX/UI hands-on, spotting usability issues and improving clarity, flow and ease of use
- Mapping user journeys, using behavioural data and user research to understand where the product creates friction
- Turning insight into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specs and priorities for engineering
- Experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst or hybrid product role in a SaaS environment
- Strong UX/UI evaluation skills, ideally with experience using tools such as Figma
- A good understanding of Service Design, journey mapping, accessibility and inclusive design
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to turn user insight into practical requirements for technical teams
They’re a mission-driven Tech for Good organisation using technology to improve lives at scale.
Their consumer SaaS platform supports people through everyday challenges and important decision points, helping them access information, support and guidance when it matters.
They have a collaborative, compassionate culture and a product where the user really does sit at the centre of the conversation. You’ll be joining a business where good product work has visible, real-world impact.
