Quotation marks
For SDRs who want more than cold calls, chaos and a vague promise of progression.
  • Circa £30,000 basic / £55,000 OTE
  • Commission + separate performance bonus
  • Structured progression plan achievable within year one
This is a brilliant role for someone early in their sales career who wants proper progression, not vague promises and a “we’ll see how you get on” chat in 12 months.

You’ll be joining a growing EdTech business with a product that genuinely lands well in its market. They’re building serious momentum across sectors including insurance, finance and contact centres, backed by strong tech, constant product development and a reputation that’s doing a lot of the heavy lifting.

The sales team is growing because the business is growing. More importantly, their training and progression model is already working, with SDRs moving into more senior commercial roles and building careers, not just pipelines.

What’s in it for you?
A warm, well-qualified MQL model, so you’re not spending your days hammering cold lists with nothing but hope and caffeine.

You’ll work closely with Account Executives, marketing and experienced sales managers who know how to develop early-stage sales talent properly. As your opportunities move through the sales process and close, you’ll be rewarded well and get exposure to the wider commercial journey.

What you’ll be doing
  • Qualifying warm, pre-qualified MQLs and understanding customer needs
  • Introducing the right products and services based on those needs
  • Assessing commercial potential, including indicative pricing
  • Booking quality appointments for the Account Executive team
What you’ll need to bring
  • At least 1 year of outbound sales experience, ideally B2B, although strong B2C sales or insurance sector experience could also work
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Curiosity, commercial awareness and the confidence to ask proper questions
  • Ambition, resilience and a genuine desire to build a long-term sales career
This is not one for job hoppers or people looking for a quick stepping stone. They’re looking for someone with drive, staying power and the appetite to learn how good sales really works.

The company
They’re a fast-growing EdTech business with a strong product, a clear market fit and a sales environment that genuinely supports development. The progression here is structured, visible and already proven, making this a standout opportunity for someone ready to build a proper career in software sales.
