This is a senior, greenfield sales role with genuine ownership across DACH and Central and Eastern Europe, selling a product that sits right at the intersection of regulation, sustainability and commercial risk.
You would be the first dedicated Senior Account Executive in the region, building pipeline from scratch and shaping how the market is approached. The deals are complex, the buyers are senior and the impact is tangible. If you enjoy autonomy, nuance and selling something that actually matters, this one will land.
What you’ll be doing
- Owning the full sales cycle across DACH
- Selling a SaaS platform focused on EUDR and deforestation‑free supply chains into enterprise customers
- Leading value‑based, consultative sales conversations with compliance, ESG, procurement and C‑suite stakeholders
- Building pipeline in a true greenfield territory, using your network and disciplined outbound
- Strong B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in compliance, ESG or supply chain
- A track record of quota hitting
- Fluent German and confident English, written and spoken
- Comfort selling ambiguity, shaping a narrative and operating without a playbook
