If you’re someone who likes solving problems, making systems work smoothly and learning as you go, this is a role where you can build proper technical depth while seeing the real impact of your work. You’ll sit close to the Technical Services Lead, not buried in a large support function, which means hands on exposure to integrations, partner onboarding and live customer issues.

The product has real purpose behind it, helping people navigate everyday challenges with more confidence. You’ll get variety, responsibility and the chance to develop quickly in a team that values accuracy and curiosity. It suits someone who wants more than repetitive support tickets and is keen to understand how digital products actually work.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Supporting partner onboarding and website integrations from set up through to go live
  • Creating and maintaining widgets, embeds and other digital assets across platforms
  • Troubleshooting basic website issues across HTML, CSS and general web functionality
  • Managing technical queries, maintaining accurate documentation and improving internal processes
What You’ll Need
  • Strong attention to detail with a structured approach to problem solving
  • Confidence working with websites and digital tools
  • Clear, professional communication skills across phone and Teams
  • Willingness to learn systems, take ownership and work both independently and collaboratively
